Guidlands

A browser MMORPG built around lands that come and go: explore, fight, trade, and craft while keeping your wanderer’s progress across each new adventure. Playable on phone and desktop, with development continuing.

The current Guidlands website: a pixel-art spring meadow and mobile game interface beside the invitation to explore, fight, trade, and craft.

Keep the wanderer, discover the next land

Guidlands combines persistent character progression with ephemeral lands. You gather, fight, learn skills, and take your progress through the next gate. Each land is temporary; the wanderer you are building carries on.

A build of your own

Skills span six branches without fixed character classes. Weapons, tools, and equipment open up through leveling and skill increases. Crafting turns materials into useful output, while the Market supports trading and stalls.

Land events, wandering bosses, falling stars, secrets, a Traveling Merchant, and a Wishing Well give the next visit a different shape. Sharing a land’s Guid brings another player into the same place for exploration or agreed encounters.

Across phone and desktop

The game runs in a browser on phone or computer. Supported browsers can install it to the home screen or desktop. Signing in keeps the same wanderer available across devices.

Where it stands

The public website and browser game are available again, with development continuing. The screenshot shows the current October public presentation; the older September offline notice no longer describes the live product.
